What is Stock Analytics?

- Stock Analytics in ERPNext is a pivot-style report showing stock movement (In/Out/Balance) across items and warehouses over a selected period.
Using Stock Analytics
Go to Stock → Stock Analytics. Select the date range, measure (Stock Qty, Stock Value), and group by Item, Warehouse, or Item Group. The report displays a monthly or weekly grid showing movement trends and ending balances.
Identifying Fast and Slow Movers
Use Stock Analytics to spot slow-moving items (high opening balance, low outward movement) and fast movers requiring safety stock review. Export the data to build ABC classification reports for inventory optimisation.
