What is Reorder Level?

- Reorder Level in ERPNext is a minimum stock threshold per item per warehouse; when stock falls below it, ERPNext raises an automatic Material Request.
Setting Reorder Levels
On the Item master, go to the Reorder Levels table. Add rows for each warehouse with Reorder Level (minimum) and Reorder Quantity. The ERPNext scheduled job "Reorder Item" checks stock daily and creates Material Requests for items below threshold.
Auto-Replenishment Workflow
Generated Material Requests (Purpose: Purchase) can be configured to auto-create Purchase Orders if a default supplier is set on the item. This creates a near-automated replenishment cycle for MRO and high-velocity items.
