- Training Event
- Training Events in ERPNext schedule and track employee training programmes, recording attendance, trainer details, and training outcomes.
Creating Training Events
Go to HR → Training Event → New. Enter the event name, type (Internal/External), date, venue, and trainer. Add employees to the Attendees table. After the training, mark attendance and add feedback. The Training Report shows training hours per employee by period.
Training Needs and Skill Gap
Use Training Requests (raised by employees or managers) to identify training needs. Training Events fulfil these requests. ERPNext tracks completed vs pending training requests to ensure no mandatory training is missed for compliance or certification.
