Running an Appraisal Cycle
Go to HR → Appraisal → New. Select the employee, appraisal template (with KRA weightings), and review period. The manager rates each KRA. ERPNext calculates the total score. You can link the appraisal result to a salary revision or promotion workflow.
Appraisal Templates
Create Appraisal Templates with standard KRAs (Key Result Areas) relevant to each designation or department. Templates ensure a consistent evaluation framework across the organisation. Different templates can apply to different employee grades.
