Using the Project Analytics Report
Go to Project → Project Analytics. The report lists all projects with columns for Estimated Hours, Actual Hours, Costing Amount, and Billed Amount. Filter by status, customer, or date range. Identify projects running over time or budget for corrective action.
Team Performance View
Filter Project Analytics by Assignee to see how each team member's time is allocated across projects. This helps resource managers balance workloads and identify team members who are over-committed or under-utilised.
