What is Print Style in ERPNext?

Print Style in ERPNext
Print Style in ERPNext defines the CSS styling applied to printed documents, controlling fonts, colours, and layout of invoices and reports.

What is Print Style?

Print Styles are CSS templates applied to Print Formats in ERPNext. They control the visual appearance of printed or PDF documents — fonts, colours, margins, and header/footer styling.

Default Styles

ERPNext ships with several default print styles (Standard, Monochrome, Modern, Redesigned). Users can create custom styles to match company branding.

Linking to Formats

Each Print Format can have a default Print Style assigned, so different document types can have different visual styling while sharing the same template structure.
