Production Capacity Report
Go to Manufacturing → Production → Capacity Planning. ERPNext displays a Gantt-style view of planned Work Orders mapped to workstations. Overbooked workstations are highlighted, allowing planners to re-schedule or redistribute load.
Adjusting for Capacity Constraints
When capacity is exceeded, you can split Work Orders, add shifts, or extend the planned end date. ERPNext re-calculates job card timings accordingly. Integrating with the Production Plan ensures procurement aligns with the revised schedule.
