Conducting Exit Interviews
Go to HR → Exit Interview → New. Link to the Employee and select the interview date and interviewer. Add structured questionnaire responses covering reasons for leaving, satisfaction ratings, and feedback. Submit to mark the interview complete.
Full and Final Settlement
After the exit interview, process the employee's Full and Final (F&F) Settlement in ERPNext. Calculate pending salary, leave encashment, gratuity, and any recoveries. The F&F generates the final payslip and closes the employee record.
