Run depreciation via the Depreciation Schedule. Transfer assets between locations or dispose of them with automatic gain/loss calculation.
Asset Maintenance Integration
Link Asset records to Maintenance Schedules for preventive maintenance tracking. Asset Maintenance Logs record every service event. The Asset Value Adjustment tool handles impairment entries. The Fixed Asset Register report shows net book value per asset for balance sheet verification.
