What is Customer Portal?

- ERPNext's Customer Portal is a self-service web interface where customers log in to view their orders, invoices, delivery status, and raise support issues.
Enabling the Customer Portal
ERPNext's built-in website module powers the portal at your-domain.com/me. Enable portal modules in Website → Portal Settings. Customers registered as portal users see only their own transactions after logging in with their email.
Portal Customisation
Customise the portal header, logo, and available sections (Orders, Invoices, Issues, Timesheets) via Website Settings and Portal Settings. Custom Web Forms can be added so customers raise Material Requests or service tickets directly through the portal.
