Creating Customer Groups
Go to Selling → Customer Group → New. Build a hierarchy: All Customers → Commercial → Retail / Wholesale / Distributor. Assign a default Price List and Payment Terms to each group. New customers inherit these defaults automatically.
Group-Level Pricing Rules
Create Pricing Rules targeting a Customer Group to apply bulk discounts or special pricing for the entire group without changing individual customer records. This is ideal for seasonal promotions or loyalty discounts across a segment.
