- Sales Analytics in ERPNext is a pivot-style report showing sales performance by item, customer, territory, or sales person over any date range.
Using Sales Analytics
Go to Selling → Sales Analytics. Select the measure (Order/Invoice Amount or Quantity), group by (Customer, Item, Territory, Sales Person), and date range. The report renders a grid with monthly columns. Switch to Chart view for a bar or line visualisation.
Comparing Periods
Use Sales Analytics to compare this quarter vs last quarter by customer or product. Export to Excel for presentations. For real-time dashboards, add Sales Analytics charts to the ERPNext Dashboard module visible on the home page.
