What is Report Builder?

- ERPNext's Report Builder is a no-code tool that lets users create custom tabular reports by selecting a DocType, choosing columns, adding filters, and defining sort order.
Creating a Report Builder Report
Go to any DocType's List View and click Menu → Create Report. Select the columns to display, add filter conditions, and choose a sort column. Save the report with a name — it appears in the module's Reports section and can be shared with other users.
Exporting and Dashboards
Report Builder reports can be exported to Excel or CSV directly. You can also add them as Dashboard Charts by clicking the chart icon when viewing results. This makes it easy to create custom monitoring reports without writing a single line of code.
