Configuring a POS Profile

Go to Retail → POS Profile → New. Set the Company, Warehouse, Price List, Print Format, and default customer (for walk-in sales). Add payment methods with their accounts. Assign the profile to specific users so each cashier opens their correct counter.

Multi-Location Retail

For businesses with multiple store locations, create one POS Profile per counter or location. Each profile can have different warehouses, tax templates, and discount rules. Central management of all profiles keeps configuration consistent across outlets.
