What is Auto Reorder?
ERPNext can monitor stock levels and automatically raise a Material Request or Purchase Order when an item's stock falls below its minimum reorder level.
Configuration
Set reorder level and reorder quantity on the Item master under the Reorder Levels tab. Enable "Raise Material Request when stock reaches reorder level" in Stock Settings.
Scheduling
A background scheduler checks stock levels daily (configurable) and creates Material Requests automatically, which buyers can then convert to Purchase Orders.
