What is Campaign?
- Campaign
- A Campaign in ERPNext is a marketing initiative that you can tag on Leads and Opportunities to measure the ROI and conversion rate of each marketing channel.
Creating Campaigns
Go to CRM → Campaign → New. Enter the campaign name, type (Email, Social, Trade Fair, etc.), and description. Tag the Campaign on Leads captured during the campaign period. ERPNext accumulates lead count and conversion data per campaign.
Campaign Analytics
Use the Lead Source report and filter by Campaign to see which campaigns generated the most leads, opportunities, and won orders. Calculate ROI by comparing campaign cost (entered manually) against the total sales value of converted opportunities.
